FRACTIONAL CTO · AI BUILDER · 25 YEARS IN MEDIA

You're doing workyour software should be doing.

I build the AI systems that do it instead, so you get back to the part only you can do.

I make the systems I used to buy. Fractional CTO. AI builder. 25 years in film and television, with a computer-science degree in AI. Now I build the systems that make it all work together.

It usually starts like this.

"My data is scattered across five dashboards and still can't answer one simple question."
"I know some of my work can be automated. I don't know where to start."
"We bought the tool. Nobody uses it."

These are all the same problem: you already know the answer, you just can't see it. The work is to find what's buried, build the thing that surfaces it, and tell the story it's been trying to tell. I've done it in entertainment, in health publishing, in news, and for owner-operators with no technical staff at all.

// what_i_do

I build the AI that works for you.

Three ways in. The work underneath is the same.

01

Fractional CTO

Technical judgment without a hire. I pick the stack, kill the tools that aren't earning their place, and build what's missing.

02

AI operating layers

Not a chatbot. Not an automation that saves ten minutes. The layer that tells you what's happening before you'd have noticed.

03

Fixed-scope builds

One problem, one system, one price. Email triage across accounts. Outreach pipelines. Dashboards that answer the question you keep answering by hand.

// proof

I built it for my own business first.

KNKY Comedy is the live-entertainment brand I founded, and where I built the system before putting it in front of anyone else. Five disconnected platforms, data everywhere and insight nowhere. So I built a live dashboard, velocity monitoring, an agent tying ad spend to audience behavior to conversion, and a layer that runs the day-to-day.

Then it told me something I did not want to hear. Here is what it found, months before I would have seen it in the books.

TALKING TO EACH OTHER

Anyone can show you a good quarter. The harder thing is a system that tells you the truth early enough to act on it, names the cause, and does it while you are busy running the business. That is the work. Built in house instead of licensed, which is the whole argument.
